Returns and Exchanges
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange. Included in your package is a form for exchanges or refunds. Shipping Information
In stock items are shipped quickly and usually arrive within 7 to 14 business days. We ship using USPS or UPS Ground, however rush shipments are sent either UPS 2nd day or USPS Express Mail. If you need a different shipping method, please give us a call at 877-250-9404 to place your order. We work hard to keep shipping charges to a minimum and every order over $75.00 receives free ground shipping and $17 rush shipping. Orders under $20.00 are charged $4.95 shipping, between $20.00 and $39.99 are charged $5.95 shipping and between $40.00 and $75.00 are charged $7.95. Occasionally some shipments will come directly from the manufacturer.
